SAP Project Manager -- Midwest Market Unit

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for a portfolio of customer projects, from kickoff to close.
• Lead each project phase from scoping through delivery, using disciplined planning and execution.
• Build and maintain project schedules, and track progress against scope, timeline and quality targets.
• Drive implementation and align customers, partners and internal stakeholders so delivery stays on course.
• Handle risks, issues and change through plan execution and time-boxed engagement coordination.
• Manage team performance so delivery staff stay focused, accountable and results-driven.
• Build durable, trusted relationships with customers.

Requirements

• You have a track record of delivering customer-facing engagements independently.
• You communicate well, work collaboratively, and think creatively while learning quickly as the role changes.
• You have proven skills in project management and coordination, including scope control and scoping across the full delivery lifecycle.
• You can plan and run projects end to end, set realistic schedules, and deliver to agreed quality standards.
• You resolve conflict well and keep trust across customer and partner relationships, even in complex situations.
• You earn customer trust as a dependable partner and keep documents organized and reporting clear.
• You apply agentic tools, context engineering and quality checks on AI output in daily work, support AI adoption, and use system-integrated approaches to improve delivery workflows.
• A degree is not required for this role.
