SAP PI/PO Developer – 100% Onsite in St. Louis, MO

Description

This is a 100% onsite role in St. Louis, MO, for a senior SAP Process Integration Specialist.

You own the technical design, build, testing, deployment, and post-release support of SAP integration solutions. The work combines SAP PI/PO with modern API approaches to make system-to-system exchange secure, reliable, and fast across complex enterprise landscapes.

You define integration requirements, judge feasibility, plan work across large systems and subsystems, and write clear technical documentation.

You lead by example, share best practices on API integration, and mentor team members. You work with functional, BASIS, security, and middleware staff so integrations meet business and compliance needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations with SAP PI/PO and REST, SOAP, eventing, and secure messaging APIs.
• Connect SAP and non-SAP applications through data exchange and end-to-end flows.
• Run feasibility assessments, estimate effort, and fit subsystem work into project schedules.
• Produce interface designs, mapping specifications, and integration runbooks.
• Lead unit, integration, and regression testing, then help with deployment and post-release stabilization.
• Teach the team best practices, security, and standards-based API techniques.
• Work with functional, BASIS, middleware, and security teams so systems are aligned and ready to run.
• Help with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning for integration workstreams.
• Manage a team, mentor junior developers, and grow the group's integration skills.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP PI/PO integration experience.

Conditions

US citizens only, with no dual citizenship.

You must be eligible to obtain at least a Secret clearance.

You must live near St. Louis, MO, or be willing to travel to St. Louis every week.

The pay range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is $91,700 - $178,700 USD.

Under local law, the company shares pay ranges based on labor costs in those locations. Pay depends on office location, role, skill set, and experience.
