Description

This senior analyst role (SVP level) sits in the NAM private bank marketing team and reports to the NAM Head of Marketing. You will help move the team from an event-first approach to a wider, multi-channel marketing model, working with senior business leaders, investment teams and global marketing colleagues.

The role goes beyond execution. The company wants someone curious, commercially minded and creative, who can shape thought leadership, pick speakers and content themes, and turn complex financial services topics into client experiences that land with UHNW audiences. You will run the logistics of major client events and also contribute to digital content strategy.

You will support all existing NAM private bank marketing work and also help the Western Region business with regional marketing strategy and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the shaping of the NAM private bank thought leadership agenda: choose content themes, select internal and external speakers, and design event agendas that stand out. Turn market and investment topics into client-relevant content for panels, roundtables, white papers and digital channels.
  • Manage every stage of client and prospect events in your region and across NAM, from concept and invitations through compliance review, logistics, venue and menu choices, on-site hosting, budget and follow-up. Use and maintain the Salesforce CRM to target events and track relationships.
  • Help plan the NAM private bank social media and digital strategy. Build content calendars, choose topics and formats, and work with global digital teams to keep the brand voice consistent, authoritative and engaging on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Track and report marketing results on attendance, client engagement, pipeline support and digital performance. Use event feedback and data to improve practice and show senior stakeholders what marketing delivers.
  • Prepare detailed client and event briefings for senior management and business leaders so discussions are productive and aligned with wider business strategy. Serve as a trusted marketing partner to bankers, investment teams and product specialists across the region, NAM and Western leadership.
  • Research competitors and benchmark UHNW private banking marketing to find best practice, new trends and room to differentiate. Bring fresh ideas and propose new approaches to the team.
  • Build regulatory, legal and compliance checks into all marketing work, working with legal and compliance to ensure content, events and campaigns meet laws, internal policy and regional rules. Assess risk in business decisions, protect the firm's reputation and clients, escalate control issues openly, and act with sound ethical judgment.

Requirements

  • Significant marketing experience in financial services, private banking or wealth management. Approximately 10+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, communications or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build thought leadership agendas by choosing speakers, topics and formats that suit sophisticated UHNW audiences.
  • A broad marketing skill set covering events, content strategy, social media and digital channels.
  • Solid understanding of financial products, services and the UHNW client market.
  • Ability to mentor junior colleagues and work well across functions.
  • Highly organised, with close attention to detail and the ability to juggle several priorities at once.
  • A self-starter who works well with little supervision and shows ownership, accountability and sound judgment.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, able to spot opportunities and drive initiatives on your own.
  • A creative thinker who can turn complex financial stories into clear, differentiated client experiences.
  • Strong written and spoken communication, with the confidence to present to and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at every level and build strong cross-functional relationships in a matrixed organisation.
  • Skill in identifying and tracking KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Experience in a matrixed, regulated environment spanning several markets.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and digital marketing platforms.
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to handle ambiguity and changing business priorities.
  • Willingness to travel roughly 20% of the time across NAM markets.
