The company develops autonomous and intelligent platforms that support maritime operations at sea.

The team is hiring a recruiter to find, attract and assess candidates for open roles across the company.

The role suits a strategic partner with experience in technical and high-volume recruiting, ideally within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Build and keep strong working relationships with hiring managers, helping them with job descriptions, sourcing and closing candidates.
• Work closely with internal clients so the selection process leads to quality hires.
• Maintain a large pipeline of active and in-process candidates while creating new ways to attract talent that improve candidate quality and help meet hiring goals.
• Make sure candidates have a positive interview experience, from screening through offer negotiation.
• Review the interview process regularly and find ways to make it more efficient.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, in-house or through an agency, in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, unclear, team-based environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle high volumes of work.
• Physical demands: long periods sitting at a desk using a computer, occasional standing and walking in the office, and manual dexterity to use a keyboard, mouse and other office equipment.
• Ability to read screens, documents and reports.
• Occasional reaching, bending or stooping to reach file drawers, cabinets or supplies.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds occasionally, such as supplies or packages.
