The company builds autonomous and intelligent platforms that improve maritime operations.

The team is hiring a recruiter to find, attract and evaluate candidates. You will act as a strategic partner, bringing technical and high-volume recruiting experience, and manufacturing hiring experience is the ideal background.

Responsibilities

• Build and keep strong working ties with hiring managers, helping with job descriptions, sourcing and closing offers.
• Work closely with internal clients so the selection process leads to good hires.
• Maintain a large pipeline of active and in-process candidates and design new ways to attract talent, aiming for better candidate quality and hiring targets.
• Make sure candidates have a good interview experience from screening through offer negotiation.
• Review the interview process regularly and find ways to simplify it.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-lifecycle recruiting, in-house or agency, in high-volume manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unclear, team-based setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to handle high volume.

Conditions

Location: Franklin, LA.

Physical demands: long periods seated at a desk using a computer; occasional standing and walking in the office; manual dexterity to use a keyboard, mouse and other office equipment; visual ability to read screens, documents and reports; occasional reaching, bending or stooping to reach files, cabinets or supplies; occasionally lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, such as supplies or packages.
