QA Specialist – eCommerce Photography

Description

The company is a global sports brand making footwear, apparel and accessories, with about 22,000 employees in 120+ countries across the company Group, which also owns Cobra Golf and stichd.

This role sits in quality assurance for eCommerce photography, checking final images before they go live.

Responsibilities

• Check final image files before they are delivered and published.
• Make sure images meet the brand's visual, technical and brand rules.
• Confirm image quality, consistency and completeness, and that each asset is accurate.
• Spot problems with retouching, styling, photography, product presentation and AI-generated enhancements.
• Check the output of AI-supported retouching and image production workflows.
• Verify correct file names, metadata and delivery requirements.
• Send quality feedback to retouchers and the Post Production Lead.
• Help improve quality standards, workflows and quality control processes.
• Help write quality guidelines for AI-assisted content production.

Requirements

• Careful, detail-oriented work with a firm focus on quality.
• Experience in image quality control, post-production or eCommerce content production.
• Working knowledge of photography, retouching, color management and visual guidelines.
• Familiarity with AI-supported image production and retouching workflows.
• A structured, analytical approach.
• Clear communication and the ability to give useful feedback.
