Project Manager - Portfolio Analytics

Description

The company works with financial institutions on rollouts of its banking product, and this role leads implementations of its Portfolio Analytics offering from kickoff to delivery.

You will work next to an Implementation Consultant in the professional services team, running medium to large cross-functional projects with agile methods.

You will be the main contact for your assigned customers and handle their questions before they turn into problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, keeping communication clear and the project aligned from start to finish.
• Lead customer conversations and resolve concerns early to keep customers satisfied.
• Plan and assign resources, watch burn summaries, track progress, and report updates and results to stakeholders.
• Deliver each project on schedule and within budget.
• Manage a project plan for the product, covering task priorities, resource assignments, and milestones.
• Use your working knowledge of banking to advise customers and suggest strategies that support their goals.
• Keep up your knowledge of the product, including its features, how to demonstrate them, and the value they bring to banks, and keep learning as new capabilities ship.
• Work with sales, product, and customer success teams to keep programs running smoothly and customers happy, and help build a supportive team.
• Apply agile principles and the product's project method to make implementations efficient, follow the method, and help improve it.
• Take on complex work with little supervision, set your own development goals, ask for feedback, and help raise the quality of service.
• Use AI tools to automate routine tasks, which saves time, improves accuracy, and reduces errors.
• Use AI-driven insights to sharpen decisions, improve the customer experience, and raise team output, making sure each use delivers measurable value.
• Keep track of AI developments and look for ways to keep learning and grow your work at scale.

Requirements

• Required: an undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as business, management, or information technology, or equivalent experience.
• Required: 2+ years of professional project management or closely related experience.
• Required: strong organization and time management.
• Required: excellent verbal and written communication.
• Required: able to work alone and as part of a team.
• Required: proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Required: willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Required: strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Desired: Salesforce experience.
• Desired: previous project management experience.
• Desired: familiarity with agile software delivery practices and concepts.
• Desired: a feel for banking, which helps you understand what financial institutions need from a rollout.

Conditions

Travel may be required.

The base salary range for this role is $64,500 to $106,500 USD, based on market data and the company's pay philosophy.

The displayed range is the minimum and maximum for the posting, used to set new hire pay, and it may change with internal practices and market movement.
