The company is the general contracting and prime contractor arm of a larger contractor, delivering complex energy and industrial infrastructure projects across North America.

It handles turnkey project execution, using its parent's self-perform crews to manage every phase from planning and procurement through field work and closeout.

Its work covers pipelines, gas distribution, compressor and pump stations, industrial facilities, utility infrastructure, and energy-related construction, often on difficult scopes.

This is an Associate Project Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and organization.
• Apply project management principles.
• Work with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Training in safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to travel for extended periods, commit to long-term onsite projects, and work outdoors.
• Experience with the oil and gas industry is preferred.
• Experience with natural gas compressors is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera is preferred.
