Project Manager - Project Management Officer Specialist

Description

The role leads some of the improvement projects at the Tablada plant, working as project manager (PM) and also acting as the project management office (PMO) that drives transformation and strategic projects inside the plant.

The work covers defining scope, schedule and budget, managing risks, stakeholders and customers, and making sure deliverables are met (OQOTOC).

Responsibilities

• Lead selected improvement projects at the Tablada plant as project manager.
• Set the scope, schedule and budget for each project.
• Coordinate the project team.
• Identify and manage risks, stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure deliverables meet the OQOTOC standard.
• Act as the PMO for transformation and strategic projects inside the Tablada plant.
• Set up governance, methodology and processes.
• Rank projects by their alignment with strategy.
• Standardise reporting and review the project portfolio.
• Plan and manage capacity and resources.
• Support the project managers.
• Drive lean and operational excellence work.
• Carry out improvement actions based on the Operational Excellence System.
• Remove non-value-added steps from the processes being improved.
• Watch for possible compliance risks and act with integrity, which the company treats as the basis for its success, reputation and sustainable growth.
