The company develops clean, high-temperature nuclear power that can be deployed quickly, built in a factory, and used by industry, hydrogen producers, and advanced manufacturers. Its first pilot plant is being built in Orangeville, Utah, to show how advanced reactors and fuel fabrication can work together.
The Construction and Infrastructure group builds the facilities and infrastructure the company needs. It plans, runs, and delivers large capital projects with attention to quality, safety, and readiness for operation.
Responsibilities
Take infrastructure and facility projects from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and handover, keeping them safe, on time, on budget, and true to technical and operational requirements.
Lead the coordination of internal teams, design consultants, contractors, vendors, and project staff.
Measure success by schedule and budget results, forecast accuracy, design and build quality, disciplined handling of change orders and RFIs, safety record, and a smooth commissioning and handover.
Manage projects from concept through design, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
Build and keep up to date the scope, schedule, budget, and execution plans, including milestones, deliverables, and the decisions each one needs.
