The role suits people who enjoy understanding the technology, stay organized, and want to grow in a fast-moving environment focused on AI.

Responsibilities

  • Help plan and run AI and HPC infrastructure programs from design through deployment.

  • Help define and manage the MAI plan of record, capacity forecasts and system readiness metrics.
  • Set up clear, consistent communication between hardware, software, finance and data center construction stakeholders.
  • Document best practices, lessons learned and workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related STEM field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical program management, engineering operations or datacenter project coordination.
  • Solid understanding of computer infrastructure, including GPUs, CPUs, accelerators, networking and storage.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to juggle several workstreams.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools such as Excel, Power BI, Project, JIRA or Smartsheet.
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI/ML workloads, distributed training or HPC scheduling tools such as Slurm or Kubernetes.
  • Preferred: experience supporting hardware deployment or system integration in datacenter or lab settings.
  • Preferred: understanding of Microsoft Azure services, especially compute, networking and AI infrastructure.
