Experience leading complex projects, preferably within civil engineering, infrastructure, energy, or industrial environments.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify innovative and practical solutions to project challenges.

Experience with HVDC projects and/or PMI/PMP certification is considered an advantage.

Ability to thrive in an environment that values transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and support diverse project teams.

Interest in technology and a willingness to continuously learn and develop.
