Description

Join the company and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide!

Why This Role Matters:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Delivery Manager to help shape how cross-functional initiatives are organized and delivered across Engineering and Product. You will turn priorities into practical plans and establish the shared practices, clear responsibilities, and reliable information that make effective delivery possible. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex work, takes pride in thoughtful follow-through, and wants to build lasting foundations rather than simply maintain existing processes. You will help define what good looks like and put it into practice, with opportunities to deepen your expertise and take on broader ownership as the role evolves. Success means stronger coordination, more informed decisions, and sustainable ways of working that deliver meaningful business value.

Your key responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional project delivery: Turn agreed priorities into practical plans with clear scope, milestones, responsibilities, and success criteria. Coordinate work from initiation through implementation and handoff, manage dependencies and changes, and keep teams focused on meaningful outcomes.

Establish foundations for effective execution: Work with stakeholders to define clear responsibilities, shared expectations, and practical standards for delivery. Build dependable sources of information and a consistent approach to commitments, risks, and decisions so teams can work with clarity and confidence.

Build alignment across teams and partners: Bring together Engineering, Product, and relevant business partners, including vendors where needed, to establish effective working relationships and clear expectations. Shape consistent approaches to coordination and accountability, facilitate productive discussions, and resolve gaps so shared commitments translate into action.

Support informed, value-focused decisions: Bring together accurate information on business needs, resources, costs, and expected outcomes. Help stakeholders understand trade-offs, clarify options with accountable owners, and carry agreed decisions through to completion.

Define and develop better ways of working: Help define what good looks like and turn it into practical processes, templates, and shared resources. Build foundations where approaches are still emerging, support adoption with stakeholders, and refine them through feedback and experience as priorities and responsibilities evolve.

Requirements

  • To be part of the company team, you need a collaborative mindset, a commitment to learning, and the discipline to turn plans into results. We are looking for someone who brings:
  • Experience coordinating or delivering cross-functional projects in a technology environment, with readiness to build on that experience and take on broader project ownership.
  • Practical experience managing project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and implementation handoffs, with the ability to keep both major milestones and smaller follow-up actions moving.
  • Experience bringing structure to work involving multiple stakeholders, organizing information, clarifying commitments, and helping teams establish consistent ways of working.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills; able to clarify responsibilities, navigate competing priorities, and secure follow-through without relying on direct authority.
  • Clear, proactive written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to make complex information accessible, document decisions, and raise risks or issues constructively.
  • An analytical approach to organizing and validating information, with curiosity about how business needs, resources, costs, and delivery outcomes connect.
  • Practical confidence with spreadsheets, work-management tools, and shared documentation, along with a willingness to learn new tools and develop useful resources that support effective delivery.
  • A detail-oriented, conscientious approach and genuine satisfaction in making complex work more organized and dependable. You take ownership of follow-through and care about the quality of both the information and the outcomes.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to professional growth. You are comfortable helping shape an approach where one does not yet exist, seeking feedback, and developing your judgment as responsibilities expand.
