Sr. Technical Project Manager

MEMS timing is already used in more than 400 applications, including AI datacenters, automated driving, industrial and humanoid robots, wearables and IoT. The company has shipped over 4 billion devices.

This is a senior technical project manager role for an experienced semiconductor professional. You will guide a product team from initiation through the production ramp and sit within the program management group, where you will also build and carry out strategic initiatives for product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional and global teams to define, develop and bring products to market.
• Build project schedules, request resources, define scope, and identify and reduce risks.
• Coordinate work across functional groups and projects to improve how execution runs.
• Track progress against plan, spot gaps and take corrective action.
• Guide projects through product development phase-gates and required procedures.
• Find, raise and work with others to solve problems that come up during development.
• Communicate clearly with management, stakeholders and the project team.
• Coach and mentor colleagues where it helps.
• Help shape strategic initiatives that improve the product development program.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in electrical engineering, science or a related field.
• PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including leading cross-functional and global teams.
• Expert-level project or program management skills.
• Working knowledge of at least one of: semiconductor product development, circuit design, MEMS, semiconductor packaging, systems engineering, or product test and qualification.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with resource and project portfolio management (PPM) software.
• Professional English proficiency to communicate, collaborate and do the job in a business setting.

Conditions

Base salary range is $169,470 - $242,360 USD.

Eligible for a quarterly bonus linked to innovation goals.
