Project Coordinator, Professional Services

It speeds up and protects any online application without new hardware, extra software, or code changes.

This is a Professional Services role on the team that delivers cybersecurity and networking solutions to customers.

You will own a set of small to medium customer projects and act as the day-to-day contact for customers and internal delivery teams, keeping everyone aligned so projects meet agreed success criteria.

The company favours curiosity over bureaucracy, iterates quickly, uses AI to ship faster, and shares every improvement across the team.

Strong candidates have worked in professional services, consulting, or a similar delivery role at a SaaS or cloud technology company. They take initiative, follow through, and work well across teams.

Responsibilities

• Run the full lifecycle of your engagements, from kickoff and status meetings through scope, timeline, budget, and final deliverables.
• Act as the main customer contact by scheduling meetings, writing customer reports, joining stakeholder calls, and keeping everyone informed and confident.
• Work with leadership to assign resources by comparing project needs with team skills and availability, aiming for good utilization and balanced workloads.
• Coordinate internal technical staff, partners, and customers so tasks, milestones, and dependencies stay on schedule.
• Keep PSA records current, including status, financials, and resource forecasts, and manage scope changes as they arise.
• Track project pipelines to spot future resource needs, talent gaps, and bottlenecks, and advise leadership on hiring or cross-training.
• Use AI tools to speed up status reports, meeting summaries, and documentation.

Requirements

• A solid grasp of project management basics, with the ability to run several engagements at once without losing track of details or deadlines.
• A clear understanding of capacity, availability, skill matching, and utilization, and the ability to work with managers to balance staffing.
• The ability to forecast resource needs from project pipelines and flag talent gaps and bottlenecks early.
• A self-starter who acts without being prompted, anticipates needs, and sees work through.
• A clear, professional communicator who can lead customer meetings and set expectations.
• The ability to build relationships and keep several teams working toward shared goals.
• Responsible use of AI tools to cut manual work, improve workflows, and raise team output.
• Interest in networking, security, and the company's products and services, or a willingness to learn about them.
• 2, 4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or resource management, ideally in professional services or at a SaaS or cloud technology company.
• Hands-on experience with PSA tools such as Certinia, Kantata, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, Google Workspace, and Confluence.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Plus: CAPM, PMP, or Agile certification.
• Plus: fluency in more than one language.

Based in Austin, TX.

Pay may be adjusted depending on work location.

The role is eligible to earn incentive compensation under the company's Sales Compensation Plan.

The role is eligible to take part in the company's equity plan.

The role may require access to information controlled under U.S. export laws, including the Export Administration Regulations. Any offer may be conditioned on your authorization to receive controlled software or technology without sponsorship for an export license.
