  • Set consistent analytic and operational standards for headquarters and field locations, track performance metrics, and fix staffing and performance problems quickly.
  • Deliver timely status and staffing reports to government stakeholders.
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-moving operational environment while keeping high standards of accountability.

Requirements

  • Hold an active TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.

  • Have demonstrated experience managing a geographically distributed workforce of 75 or more cleared personnel, including through subordinate regional or site leaders.
  • Have led contract transitions or program stand-ups, including rapid recruiting, onboarding, and security processing.
  • Have managed performance metrics, quality control, staffing, and recurring reporting under firm-fixed-price or performance-based contracts.
  • Have shown you can serve as the primary contractor interface with government contracting officers, CORs, and senior mission leadership.
  • Be able to work on-site in the Washington, DC area and travel to field locations as needed.
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Preferred: Experience managing intelligence analysis programs supporting DHS, DOJ, or other federal law enforcement organizations.
  • Preferred: Background as an intelligence analyst or supervisor in a federal law enforcement or homeland security environment.
  • Preferred: Experience with workforce retention in hard-to-staff locations.
