The company is a diversified manufacturing partner that designs, builds and delivers products for market-leading brands.

The company plans to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment as a separate, publicly traded company in Q1 2027. If the spin-off goes ahead, this role will support that new company, which focuses on critical digital infrastructure and end-to-end power and thermal management for AI data centers and other mission-critical uses.

You would join the Project Management team in Milpitas, California, as a Program Manager in the Operations category, giving administrative and project support.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and budget programs, and allocate resources so they run to plan.
• Track program metrics and deliverables, and take corrective action when targets slip.
• Direct cross-functional teams to meet product development, quality, delivery and timeline commitments.
• Act as the main customer contact, handling escalations, customer satisfaction and long-term account relationships.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, support contract negotiations and grow the business while owning the P&L.

Requirements

• Expert-level functional skill and business judgment, with full accountability for overall program success.
• Deep knowledge of cross-functional processes, technologies and business operations, and how they affect results across sites.
• Strong leadership, technical, operational, process improvement and customer relationship skills.
• At least 7+ years of experience in program administration, program management or a related area.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Conditions

Based in Milpitas, California, reporting to the Program Director.

Pay range: $121,200.00 to $166,600.00 USD per year. Final base pay depends on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, qualifications, location, education, external market data and internal equity.

Eligible for domestic and international relocation.
