Program Manager

Description

The company makes programmable timing semiconductors based on MEMS technology, which it presents as more accurate, smaller and more resilient than quartz devices in harsh or demanding settings.

MEMS timing is used in more than 400 applications, including AI datacenters, automated driving, industrial and humanoid robots, wearables and IoT, and more than 4 billion devices have shipped.

The role supports cross-functional product development programs from concept through production release. It suits someone who wants to build program management skills in a fast-moving semiconductor setting. Candidates do not need to meet every listed requirement to apply.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and track program schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate work across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Test and Quality.
• Keep project plans and the action item register current.
• Monitor risks, issues and key dependencies.
• Run project meetings and record action items.
• Write weekly program status reports and prepare management presentations.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) work and phase-gate reviews.
• Raise schedule, resource or technical problems with the right people when needed.

Requirements

• You must be proficient in English, able to communicate, collaborate and do your job in a professional business setting.
• You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations or a related field.
• You have 0 to 3 years of project or program management experience.
• You communicate well in writing and speaking and stay organized.
• You work well with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project (or Jira).
• You can juggle several priorities and work well in a team.

• Desired: you build good working relationships across cross-functional teams.

Conditions

The salary range is $76,470 to $105,120 CAD.

The role is eligible for a quarterly bonus linked to innovation goals, in addition to base salary.

Equity grants are offered.
