Middle Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company runs internal projects that improve how its business teams work, and this role owns those projects from start to finish.

You will work on the full lifecycle, from gathering requirements to delivering solutions and putting new processes in place.

Responsibilities

• Run user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to find out what people need, test your assumptions, and turn those needs into project requirements you can act on.
• Own the project from requirements gathering through to solution delivery and process rollout.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, keeping everyone clear on goals and aligned at each stage.
• Spot risks, issues, and dependencies early and put clear mitigation plans in place.
• Lead the rollout of new products, tools, or processes into existing business workflows.
• Drive change management, adjusting quickly as requirements, priorities, and business needs shift, while keeping execution smooth and teams aligned.
• Track project performance and KPIs so delivery stays tied to business outcomes.
• Collect and analyse data to back up decisions and proposed solutions.
• Write and present progress reports and updates for stakeholders and senior management.
• Look for process improvements and efficiency gaps across teams and raise them.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimisation, or product workflow development.
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical audiences, and solid stakeholder management.
• You make decisions based on data.
• Experience working with AI, either building it into products or introducing it into business processes.
• Strong organisational and delivery skills, and the flexibility to handle changing requirements.
• English at B2 level or above.

This is a contract role, fully remote.
