  • Lead troubleshooting of manufacturing and product problems, including root cause analysis, corrective actions and lasting fixes for production and field issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and suppliers on manufacturable, cost-effective product and process solutions, such as new features, new technologies and better manufacturing methods.
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency through process optimization, new technology, structured problem solving and Lean principles.

  • Support documentation, training and the rollout of new products and manufacturing processes.
  • Desired competencies: leadership, meaning setting clear direction, building trust and holding people accountable for results; collaboration, meaning working across functions and levels while respecting other views; problem solving, meaning finding root causes and choosing practical fixes that balance speed, quality and risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • At least 2 years of program leadership, or engineering project or design leadership, in a similar industry.
  • Proven leadership: you can influence others and build strong working relationships with managers, leaders, staff and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong planning, organization and administrative skills, with an understanding of how program goals, tools and resources connect across functions.
  • A record of making decisions and acting on them while keeping quality and customer needs in focus.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Riding experience and/or interest in recreational vehicles.
