Description

The company makes professional communication and security products. It became independent in mid-2025 after separating from the Bosch Group and now sits within the portfolio of the European investment firm Triton.

The group has four businesses: Audio, IQSIGHT Video Systems, Radionix Intrusion & Access, and the company Electronics Manufacturing Services. In fiscal 2025 it reported revenues above €1 billion and employed about 4,000 people in more than 40 countries.

This role is the link between the brand strategy and the technical work on the brand websites and digital frontends, which run on a headless architecture. You will turn brand goals into a frontend backlog for API-driven applications that pull content and data from the headless CMS Storyblok, PIM and CRM systems, and you will lead the external development partners who build them.

Responsibilities

  • Set the product direction for the decoupled frontend applications together with the website business owner, keeping it aligned with brand identity and commercial targets.
  • Own and rank the frontend backlog. Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria, especially for features that consume data from APIs such as Storyblok, PIM and Salesforce.
  • Take part as a main stakeholder in API design. Work with the E2E IT architect and backend teams to define and document the RESTful or GraphQL contracts the frontend needs.
  • Direct the external frontend teams (L2, L3 and dev). Give them unambiguous requirements, run sprint planning and reviews, and make sure code arrives on time, tested and maintainable.
  • Base decisions on analytics, user feedback and A/B tests. Define and monitor Core Web Vitals and other performance metrics across devices and regions.
  • Track developments in JAMstack, SSG, SSR and edge computing. Propose tools and methods that improve developer experience and the company's digital presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, web design or a related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience as a product owner, technical project manager or lead frontend developer in an agile, API-first environment. Experience in a global B2B or B2C setting is preferably required.
  • Solid background in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6+), with extensive experience in React, Vue.js or Next.js.
  • Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms is mandatory. A deep understanding of the JAMstack architecture and its ecosystem is required. Storyblok experience is a major plus.
  • Proven ability to design, document and work with RESTful or GraphQL APIs. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia is essential.
  • Strong agile and backlog management skills, with experience in Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
  • A strong portfolio or case studies showing your passion for beautiful, intuitive and high-performing web experiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and team leadership skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with web analytics and A/B testing tools such as Google Analytics or VWO.
