Product Owner for Business Partners Data (Fixed-term)

Description

ASPIRE is a company-wide business transformation program that harmonizes, simplifies and automates business processes so teams can focus more on what patients need next.

The program uses the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with incremental builds, short learning cycles, shared cross-functional planning and decisions made closer to the teams.

This is a fixed-term role running until 31/12/2029.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, set the priorities of the team backlog in line with the ART Backlog, and decide how Agile team capacity is allocated.
• Rank issues by urgency and resolve them, coordinate user stories, and confirm each story meets the Definition of Done.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Take part in discovery work to better understand customer needs, make sure features meet the Definition of Ready, and feed input into program execution and incremental planning.
• Work with Product Management, business subject matter experts, data owners and operational teams to agree end-to-end data governance processes and reduce master data defects together.
• Help keep master data training, consistency and accuracy sound across systems.
• Apply deep knowledge of SAP-MDG, business partners data (Customer Master), HR Mini Master, BP Employee Master and workflow processes to improve the business.
• Help shape the vision and strategy for Master Data Governance, support deployments and testing, create master data for other teams, and build relationships that help reach project goals.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or have equivalent work experience, plus over 5 years of master data management experience in the Business Partners Data domain.
• Have over 3 years of experience with enterprise applications such as SAP-MDG, and understand how governance affects both business process management and IT.
• Know regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA, along with other business partners-specific data privacy rules.
• Have strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
• Have a proven record of delivering in a matrixed organization across regions and divisions, with a clear focus on quality and detail, and the ability to decide well in unclear, fast-changing situations.
• Have an Agile mindset and experience working in Agile organizations, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate well in writing and speaking.
• A background in consulting or business management services is a strong plus.

Conditions

Salary starts from 3000 EUR gross per month, with the final figure based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Work in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week in the office.
