Description

This entry-level product marketing role supports the creation and promotion of customer-focused technical content that helps engineers find, assess and adopt the company's solutions.

You will work alongside Product Groups, Solution Architects, the Software & Solutions Teams (SST), web teams and marketing stakeholders to turn technical capabilities into content for a broad audience, such as application webpages, key technology pages, Winning Combinations, technical collateral and solution campaigns.

The role suits recent graduates and early-career engineers who enjoy blending technical knowledge, customer insight, content strategy and marketing communication.

Responsibilities

  • Build and upkeep application and key technology webpages.
  • Write and update website copy, technical summaries, design resources and supporting collateral.
  • Help shape customer-focused messaging and positioning for application segments.
  • Track industry trends, customer applications, competitors and market openings.
  • Take part in content audits and suggest better customer journeys and user experience.
  • Help create, maintain and audit System Block Diagrams (Winning Combinations).
  • Check architectures for technical accuracy and fit with target end equipment and markets.
  • Support product lifecycle reviews, flagging obsolete, NRND and replacement devices.
  • Work with Solution Architects and engineering teams to gather the design information you need.
  • Keep technical content and governance standards consistent across solution assets.
  • Prepare content, webpage updates and solution positioning for new product introductions (NPI).
  • Gather technical material and help draft messaging for application campaigns.
  • Collect technical input from engineering teams and product groups.
  • Make sure campaign assets follow approved customer journeys and strategic priorities.
  • Write technical marketing materials, including blogs, white papers, application notes, training presentations, pitch decks and demo descriptions.
  • Turn engineering concepts into clear value propositions for customers.
  • Help produce solution-selling enablement content for sales and field teams.
  • Join content planning sessions and project reviews.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and follow action items through to completion.
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and explain them clearly.
  • Interest in semiconductors, embedded systems, industrial, automotive, AI, power, connectivity or similar markets.
  • Experience with technical projects, design competitions, internships or research.
  • Optional: internship or co-op experience in engineering, product marketing, applications engineering, technical sales or product management.
  • Optional: familiarity with microcontrollers and microprocessors, power management, analog and mixed-signal devices, embedded systems, and industrial or automotive applications.
  • Optional: experience creating presentations, technical documentation or customer-facing content.
  • Optional: understanding of customer needs analysis or competitive research.
  • Within 12 months you should be able to independently update smaller application or technology pages, build and maintain Winning Combinations, support one or more NPI launches, turn technical source material into customer content, carry out basic competitive and market research, work well with engineering and marketing stakeholders, and understand the company's solution-selling method and customer journey principles.
