Product Marketing Manager - AI Platform Software

Description

The company works in AI computing and builds AI-powered solutions. You would join the AI Platform Software team, which values a diverse, supportive workplace.

The team needs a technical product marketer for AI frameworks used in training and deployment. You will explain the value of frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, Megatron Core and TensorRT LLM, plus lower-level kernel and communication libraries like CUTLASS, NCCL and NIXL, to developers.

Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders to learn what each product does and how it helps developers. Gather evidence, write product claims, and set positioning that shows the strengths and where competitors fall short.
• Write go-to-market plans and keep messaging consistent across every asset. Coordinate with product management, technical marketing, engineering, campaign managers and PR to carry them out.
• Split audiences into segments, find gaps in existing assets, and work with engineers on developer-focused content: deep technical blogs, webinars, tutorials, sample applications, white papers and technical presentations.
• Speak at trade shows, conferences and customer meetings for the company. Encourage developers to adopt the software development kits and grow the developer community.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of meaningful work in technical marketing for deep learning software.
• Working knowledge of large language models such as DeepSeek, GPT-OSS, Gemma and Phi, and of techniques that speed up training and inference.
• Experience with compilers including OAI Triton, XLA and MLIR, and with frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, vLLM and sglang.
• Skill in a modern programming language such as Python.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain value to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to set priorities, follow through, and work on your own.
• Willingness to take on new products and technologies with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Samples of public-facing technical content you have produced.
• Ways to stand out: background promoting accelerated computing software for AI frameworks.
• Ways to stand out: familiarity with the company GPUs and the CUDA parallel programming model.

Conditions

Base pay depends on location, experience and other objective job-related factors.

Level 5 base salary range: 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD.

Level 6 base salary range: 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD.
