Description

The company is a modern travel agency that helps new entrepreneurs build travel advisory businesses. It is modernizing a travel industry worth over $100B by combining AI across the advisor's workflow with global supplier relationships, personalized training, and a community, all in one place.

The team is mission-driven and customer-focused, and it treats humans and AI as both essential. Everyone gets hands-on with frontier AI tools as part of the job and learns to use AI day to day, whatever their function.

The company was founded in 2021 and has 250+ full-time employees in downtown New York City. It closed a $60 million Series D in 2026, led by Forerunner and Tactile Ventures, with continued backing from Thrive Capital, Insight Partners, and Heartcore Capital. It has been named a LinkedIn Top Startup (2024), one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies (2023 and 2025), and one of TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies (2026).

This is a new role focused on finding acquisition channels the company has not yet tapped. Most advisor acquisition today comes from Meta and Google, and growth will depend on finding and scaling other channels. You will own the channels you are responsible for and build the testing approach yourself. Advisor acquisition is the starting focus, and the role can widen to other growth areas as wins are proven.

The role is player-coach: you set acquisition strategy with the growth leadership team, then run the channels yourself, from launching tests to deciding what to scale, fix, or stop. Success is measured by advisors who go on to book meaningful, repeat travel, not by raw signups.

You will work with Data, Creative, Product, and Site & Conversion. Most of these teams do not report to you, so you lead through clear reasoning, data, and a firm point of view. You will be the go-to expert on experimentation and work directly with senior leaders. AI is central to your work, from research and creative to analysis and automating slow processes.

The company is growing quickly and prioritizes growing its advisor base. The role has room to grow, and as the work outgrows one person, you will help shape and build the team.

Responsibilities

  • Help set acquisition strategy and own your part of it. Bring a clear point of view alongside growth leadership, and own the roadmap for your channels, partnerships, and growth bets, including what to test first, how much to invest, and when to scale.
  • Run campaigns yourself, hands-on with briefs, budgets, and platforms, taking channels from first test to sustained investment.
  • Run the experimentation process. Each test needs a hypothesis, success metrics, a decision date, and set criteria for scaling, iterating, or stopping. Increase test volume every quarter.
  • Measure incrementality with Data using holdouts, geo tests, and matched-market tests. Base investment decisions on incremental impact, LTV, and CAC, not platform attribution.
  • Test creative, offers, and landing pages with Creative and Site & Conversion, including channel-specific assets. Own the test plan, the read, and the recommendation.
  • Run the operating rhythm: daily pacing, weekly scorecards, and monthly cohort and channel reviews, with a clear view on next steps.
  • Build and run agents and automations for reporting, research, creative analysis, and performance monitoring that teams keep using.
  • Set the testing best practices the team follows and act as the go-to expert on experimentation. Mentor others, and direct the work of partners and agencies. Help shape the team and the scope of the role as the work grows.

Requirements

  • You have 8+ years in growth or performance marketing at a consumer, marketplace, or technology company.
  • You have owned acquisition strategy for a channel or portfolio, not only run execution, and set its budget and goals.
  • You have taken at least one new acquisition channel from first test to scaled, sustained investment.
  • You have built and run a structured experimentation program and can walk through specific tests, including the hypothesis, the result, and what changed as a result.
  • You have designed or run incrementality tests such as holdouts, geo tests, or matched-market tests.
  • You have owned or reported on CAC, LTV, and ROAS for a funnel and optimized for quality over volume.
  • You can name the AI tools in your current workflow and describe an agent or automation you built that is still in use.
  • You have coached or mentored marketers, or set the standards a team works to.
  • You have led high-visibility, cross-functional work and influenced senior leaders without direct authority.
  • You move fast and work independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Strongly preferred: experience acquiring supply-side participants (partners, creators, sellers, or affiliates) in a two-sided marketplace.
  • Strongly preferred: experience across offline or non-traditional channels such as podcast, OOH, affiliate, creator, or partnerships.
  • Strongly preferred: experience bringing work in-house from agencies.
  • Strongly preferred: experience at a high-growth startup during a period of rapid scale.
