Description

The company combines conversational AI agents, real-time support for human agents, and conversation analytics into one platform that helps businesses grow revenue and efficiency across every channel.

Major brands such as United Airlines, Cox Communications and Marriott run their customer experiences on it.

The company started at the Stanford AI Lab and has raised more than $270 million from investors including a16z, Greylock and Sequoia.

Its CEO, Ping Wu, founded and led Google's Contact Center AI and Vertex AI platforms before joining to build AI-driven customer experiences.

The team is hiring a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to shape how developers, engineers and technical executives assess and adopt the AI Agent platform, with a focus on its technical layer.

Responsibilities

  • Set the positioning, messaging and go-to-market plan for the platform's technical layer, including its agent-building agent, CLI, APIs and integrations
  • Write the narrative and pitch for technical buyers such as CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, developers and digital transformation leads, based on primary research
  • Equip sales and solutions teams to reach technical buyers inside new and existing accounts through training, plays, discovery guidance, objection handling and demos
  • Run technical AI Agent launches from start to finish, covering narrative, assets, field enablement, measurement and follow-up changes
  • Produce differentiated technical content in formats such as guides, blog posts, decks, videos, benchmarks and customer stories that creates demand and advances deals
  • Work with Product, Engineering and Partnerships on new products, training, events and community programs for technical audiences
  • Represent the company externally through webinars, hackathons and content people want to read
  • Feed market, competitor and customer insight into roadmap decisions with Product and Engineering
  • Monitor competitors, especially agent-native ones, and sharpen how the company stands apart from them

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing, including work aimed at technical buyers, developers or engineers
  • Real technical depth in AI agents, with the confidence to demo new features and handle technical objections on topics such as evals, context windows and guardrails
  • A record of owning positioning and messaging for a platform, API or developer product
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional launches from strategy through execution
  • Strong writing and presenting skills, able to speak credibly to both engineers and executives
  • Solid research and analysis skills, and the judgment to turn customer and competitor input into a clear point of view
  • Ability to juggle several priorities and give each the right amount of effort
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast timelines, and a habit of building ahead rather than waiting for direction
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Marketing experience with AI/ML, LLM or agent infrastructure products
  • Experience launching a developer platform, developer ecosystem or technology partner program
  • Knowledge of contact center, customer experience or CCaaS
  • Hands-on work with agent frameworks, or comfort writing light code
  • Experience building a technical certification, academy or curriculum
  • Experience at a fast-growing startup competing against a better-known incumbent
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
