Description

The company lets employers give each worker a real healthcare budget in place of a single standard plan, so people can pick coverage and care that fit them, while employers keep costs predictable and under their control.

Solving this means tackling hard problems across healthcare, payments and technology. The company is early, and the team values people who enjoy complex problems, judge well, and can work with uncertainty, care about customers, own what they build, and want their work to matter.

Marketing explains what the company does and why it matters to employers and brokers, turning complicated healthcare products into clear stories that support growth.

This role sharpens how the company is positioned and grows its presence with mid-market and enterprise employers. You will shape go-to-market strategy, work closely with Product, Sales and Growth, and own the messaging, launches and campaigns that lead to adoption and revenue.

Hiring process: a recruiter call, a hiring manager interview, a live product marketing case study, meetings with team members, and a final conversation with the leadership team. Most candidates finish within three weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Own the positioning and messaging for employer and broker segments, with a focus on growing mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Set the go-to-market strategy and lead product launches, keeping Product, Sales and Growth aligned on clear priorities and delivery.
  • Lead quarterly segment campaigns with Growth, turning customer insight into demand and revenue.
  • Create narratives and enablement materials that help brokers and benefits consultants recommend the company with confidence.
  • Research customers, track competitors and study the market to guide positioning and go-to-market decisions.
  • Measure how messaging performs with customer segments, in sales conversations and through advisor channels, and adjust based on what you find.
  • Drive initiatives across teams with competing priorities, taking full ownership of outcomes.

Requirements

  • Solid B2B product marketing experience, including owning positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for complex products.
  • A record of building and executing go-to-market plans for mid-market or enterprise customers.
  • Sound commercial judgment and an understanding of how product marketing affects pipeline, adoption and revenue.
  • A history of building sales enablement programs and making complex products clear and distinct.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and align Product, Sales and Marketing.
  • Strong communication and storytelling, backed by customer research and market insight.
  • Able to work independently, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-moving setting.
  • Standing out: experience in healthcare, fintech, benefits or another regulated industry.
  • Standing out: experience working with brokers, consultants or partner-led distribution.
  • Standing out: experience marketing multi-sided products to different customer segments.
  • Standing out: customer research, win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence work.
  • Standing out: using AI to improve research, messaging or marketing workflows.
