Description

The company is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies, from very large enterprises to early-stage startups, use it to take payments, grow revenue, and open new business opportunities. Its stated mission is to increase the GDP of the internet.

The Product Marketing team generates customer insights that shape the company's product strategy and leads go-to-market for its product suite. The role is highly cross-functional, working closely with Product and Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation and Campaigns, among others. Unlike many product marketing teams, this one covers the full product lifecycle: shaping the product, driving launch and commercialization, and growing adoption after launch.

The company is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the company Subscriptions, helping businesses build, launch and scale recurring revenue models.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to-market lead for subscription management offerings, turning customer needs and market conditions into positioning, launches and programs that grow adoption.
  • Build and own end-to-end go-to-market strategy: pick target audiences, priority use cases, routes to market and success measures.
  • Study businesses with recurring revenue through customer research, market analysis and close work with user-facing teams, then turn findings into product and commercial recommendations.
  • Write clear, distinct messaging that makes complex billing and monetization features understandable and appealing to everyone from startups to global enterprises.
  • Coordinate launch plans with Product, Engineering, Sales, Partnerships and Demand Generation so each new capability reaches customers consistently.
  • Design and run programs that raise awareness, activation and ongoing usage in priority segments, using data and experiments to improve results.
  • Give Sales and other user-facing teams the insights, content and tools they need to explain value, understand customer needs and speed adoption.
  • Set goals and success metrics, combine qualitative and quantitative evidence, and turn results into actions for product and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of product marketing or growth marketing experience at a technology company, including a record of owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution on your own.
  • Experience marketing complex B2B software, financial technology, billing, payments or similar products, explaining technical ideas as clear customer value.
  • Proven ability to build positioning and messaging, lead product launches and drive adoption across several customer segments.
  • Strong customer focus and analytical judgment, with experience combining research, market insight and performance data to shape strategy and influence product decisions.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication, able to write compelling stories for executive, technical, sales and customer audiences.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management, able to influence and deliver results across Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing.

Conditions

These are minimum requirements; applicants who meet them are encouraged to apply.
