Description

The company is a workforce platform that helps large US health systems build, train, and keep their clinical staff. Since it was founded in 2021, it has trained more than 32,000 healthcare workers who are ready for practice.

Alongside its direct-to-consumer training, the company works with major healthcare institutions on the national shortage of healthcare workers, aiming to make care more accessible and to give people a path into healthcare careers.

Graduates feed hiring pipelines for large employers including NY-Presbyterian, Mt. Sinai, HCA, Providence, CVS, and Walgreens. The company partners with half of the top 10 US health systems and is in talks with many more.

Backing comes from Y Combinator, Reach Capital, and AlleyCorp. The company raised a $55M Series C led by Oak HC/FT and was named the number one EdTech company in the US by TIME for 2025.

The team looks for people who enjoy building in fast-moving, unclear situations and who live by four values: put students first, learn fast from data, win by relying on each other, and take ownership.

This is a Senior Product Marketing Manager role that owns the company's story from start to finish: how it is positioned to health system and employer partners, the sales assets used to close deals, the customer stories that prove results, and the account-based programs aimed at priority accounts.

You will work largely on your own, running the product marketing and B2B content work day to day and joining larger go-to-market launches as the function grows.

The role is hybrid and based in the NYC office, reporting to the Director, Enterprise Marketing.

The process starts with an introductory call with a Talent Acquisition team member, then an interview with the hiring manager, a take-home assignment, a virtual panel interview, and an on-site panel interview.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the company's B2B positioning and messaging, updating it as programs, partners, and the market change.
  • With the Workforce Solutions team, create and refresh go-to-market materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and email templates.
  • Manage every case study from partner interviews and approvals through to publication and distribution.
  • Own the content calendar and keep content coming at a steady pace that supports pipeline targets.
  • Work with Client Success to find partner outcomes worth sharing, and with Product and Learning to turn program details into language buyers understand.
  • Build and run outbound and account-based sequences in Clay, from account lists and enrichment to personalized multi-touch campaigns, coordinated with sales on target accounts.
  • Report on campaign and content performance on a regular schedule, and use the results to decide what to test next.
  • Test AI tools for faster research, content production, and personalization, and record what works for the team.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of B2B marketing experience across product marketing, demand generation, or content, including owning positioning and messaging.
  • A record of building sales enablement assets that sellers actually use, and of working closely with a sales team.
  • Experience producing customer case studies and maintaining a content calendar at a steady pace.
  • Hands-on experience running ABM or outbound programs for enterprise buying committees, including building sequences yourself in Clay or a similar tool.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to make a complex offering clear and persuasive for an executive buyer.
  • Comfort with data: you track funnel and campaign metrics, report them clearly, and change your approach based on them.
  • You can manage several workstreams at once with little day-to-day direction and raise risks and tradeoffs early.
  • Bonus points if you have marketed to health systems, hospitals, or HR and workforce leaders.
  • Bonus points if you have worked in EdTech, workforce development, or healthcare.
  • Bonus points if you were the first product marketer at a Series B to D startup.
  • Bonus points if you have used HubSpot or another marketing automation or CRM tool.
