Product Manager – Delivery Services

Description

This product manager role sits in the Identity & Access Management business within the CSP business unit at the company.

You will define, industrialize and grow the company's delivery services for hardware authenticators such as smart cards and FIDO tokens, covering personalization, packaging, fulfillment and distribution, using internal manufacturing and operations to deliver scalable, cost-effective, customer-focused services.

The role combines product management, business development and operational work, turning existing capabilities into profitable services that meet changing customer needs.

You will also drive business development, market positioning and revenue growth, building customer and partner relationships, spotting new opportunities, shaping commercial offers and representing the company at industry events and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for personalization, packaging, and fulfillment and direct-to-end-user distribution services.
• Industrialize the personalization service in Sweden and build a standard, scalable offer that works across regions.
• Spot new service opportunities from market trends and customer needs.
• Use PAY and IBS capabilities in personalization, manufacturing and fulfillment.
• Align engineering, operations and manufacturing teams to standardize processes and raise efficiency.
• Create synergies across sites and business units.
• Define and maintain the service portfolio, value proposition, pricing and profitability.
• Build business cases, revenue forecasts and scalable commercial offers, including subscription models.
• Grow new and existing customer relationships and find new business.
• Meet customers directly to understand needs, present solutions and support commercial negotiations.
• Find and build partnerships that widen service capabilities and market reach.
• Lead customer-specific delivery projects, balancing customization, scalability and profit.
• Support Sales and Solution Engineering on customer engagements, tenders and RFPs.
• Work with Marketing to promote services and equip sales teams.
• Set and carry out go-to-market plans with Sales and Marketing.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and customer meetings.
• Track market trends, customer expectations and competitors to find growth.
• Manage the Amazon US and EU accounts and evaluate extra webstores or digital sales channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or an equivalent qualification.
• 5, 7 years in product management, service management, operations, supply chain or a related business role.
• Experience running operational service offerings from definition through delivery.
• Experience working across international and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with manufacturing, operations or supply chain organizations.
• Experience with personalization, fulfillment, manufacturing or secure identity products is a strong plus.
• Ability to turn operational capabilities into scalable service offerings and define commercial offers, pricing and processes.
• Strong stakeholder management across several business units.
• Strong written and verbal communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to connect customer requirements with operational execution.
