Description

The company is hiring a Technical Product Manager for the AI Content and Media Product team, which sits within Operations & Technology.

The work covers machine learning systems, large-scale media workflows, metadata standards and enterprise integrations, turning complex technical capabilities into production-ready products used across the company.

This is a senior hands-on individual contributor role. You will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Program Management and business stakeholders to deliver clear, reliable value that fits organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Product development
  • Work with Engineering, Data Science, Program Management, Product and Scrum teams to scope, build and ship GenAI-powered capabilities.
  • Learn how stakeholders work and what they need, then write clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Own one or more product areas, moving work from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Build and keep up an outcome-based roadmap with cross-functional teams, based on customer insights, technical constraints and business priorities.
  • Test products for functionality, accuracy and performance, and support demos and product reviews.
  • Own features after launch and refine them using feedback.
  • Execution and stakeholder engagement
  • Drive roadmap execution so work stays aligned with near- and mid-term priorities.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors across the full GenAI use case lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present product updates, documentation, metrics and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Weigh tradeoffs between model quality, performance, cost and latency with technical teams.
  • Innovation and continuous improvement
  • Keep up with emerging AI, LLM and machine learning technologies and relevant vendor offerings.
  • Help identify reusable GenAI patterns and capabilities for future products.
  • Find ways to improve product capabilities and operational processes and to drive efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide junior Product Managers day to day through feedback and shared work.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, product development or related technical roles.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager on complex, technology-driven products.
  • Ability to turn technical concepts and system behavior into clear product requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams on AI or data-driven products.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid grasp of agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
  • Desired characteristics:
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build good working relationships across teams.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable in an evolving, ambiguous problem space.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence and Airtable.
  • Proficiency with Lucidchart, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, legal compliance, cybersecurity and ethical AI practices.
  • Experience writing, reviewing or contributing to code in modern programming languages.
