Description

The team builds merchant tools that help millions of businesses, from barbers to retailers, sell products and services online.

Its products are Online Store, Bookings, Payment Links and Gift Cards.

The company serves over 4 million businesses in 39 markets and employs over 4,000 people from more than 90 nationalities.

This role owns how merchant customer data works across the wider product range, including Online Store, Bookings, POS, Invoicing, Payment Links, Loyalty and other products, not only the Sell Online range.

You build a clear, trusted customer view from scratch and set the baseline other teams build on, preparing the ground for deduplication, segmentation, CRM, consent-aware messaging and customer self-service.

The problem is a blank canvas, so privacy and data rights matter from the first day.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategy and roadmap for a shared customer directory used by Online Store, Bookings, POS, Invoicing, Payment Links, Loyalty and other products.
  • Lay groundwork for later features such as deduplication, segmentation, CRM and consent-aware communications.
  • Decide on customer identity, data ownership, permissions, consent and how records link across products.
  • Work with engineering, design, privacy and legal to ship a trusted customer view that merchants find useful.
  • Use merchant research and product data to define requirements that reduce duplicate and incomplete customer records.
  • Coordinate priorities and dependencies with product managers of other products that build on the shared customer model.

Requirements

  • You have 6+ years in product management, including time as a senior product manager owning a product, platform capability or cross-product problem.
  • You combine quantitative analysis with customer research to set priorities and have a clear record of doing so.
  • You can turn complex technical systems, APIs or data flows into clear product decisions.
  • You can align several teams and manage dependencies without direct authority over them.
  • You have working knowledge of privacy and data rights, including GDPR, consent and data deletion.
  • Experience with customer identity systems, customer data platforms or CRM-type products is a plus.
  • You don't need to meet 100% of the criteria; the list is a guide, and gaps are room to grow.

Conditions

Hybrid work from the Warsaw office in Hala Koszyki.

The company is an equal opportunity employer and does not tolerate harassment of any kind.

Benefits

  • A stake in the company's future through the Virtual Stock Option programme.
  • A €2000 yearly learning budget for conferences or further education.
  • Multisport Card, subsidised by the company, for sports facilities across Warsaw.
  • Health insurance covering you and your family, plus life insurance.
  • PPK employee savings plan with joint contributions from the company and the State.
  • 26 days of paid leave, plus public holidays and special leave days.
  • Break4me: a 1-month sabbatical after 3 years of service.
  • Referral bonus for bringing talented people into the team.
