The company is a global healthcare technology business with about 95,000 employees in more than 150 countries. Its Patient Care Systems unit builds the connected ecosystem clinicians use to monitor, manage and protect patients who have implantable cardiac devices.
The unit links secure device connections, real-time data platforms, clinical tools and patient-facing experiences. It turns complex cardiac data into clear information so physicians can decide faster and patients can feel more confident about their care.
As Product Director you will shape and deliver the next generation of connected patient-care products and experiences. The portfolio covers patient-facing digital products, mobile apps, connected devices, embedded software, platform capabilities, cloud services, data and AI-enabled experiences.
You will set product direction, lead work from discovery through execution, and build products for patients and healthcare systems worldwide.
This is a hands-on role that moves between long-term strategy and near-term delivery, between customer needs and technical trade-offs, and between product vision and measurable results. You will also build Product Management in Galway, including its practices, operating mechanisms, partnerships and talent.
No two weeks look the same. You might speak with patients or clinicians, review product and operational data, set a multi-year direction, work through mobile or embedded-software trade-offs, assess an AI opportunity, or help leaders decide on an investment.
