Description

The company makes an AI video platform for businesses, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, it is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.

AI is changing how people learn and work. The company builds products that improve visual communication and enterprise skill development, so people can do their jobs better and stay central to the organizations they work for.

After a recent Series E round that raised $200 million at a $4 billion valuation, total funding is above $530 million. Investors include Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, plus founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design for parts of the company's AI-native, agentic Sessions product, a senior IC role at Staff (L6) level.
  • Sessions are where employees learn through conversation, companies run surveys at scale, and AI takes an active part in day-to-day work rather than running quietly in the background.
  • The area pushes the platform beyond content creation into workforce development, and makes advanced AI feel natural, trustworthy, and useful to everyday users.
  • Set direction and influence roadmap choices alongside Product and Engineering leaders, and raise the standard of design craft across the team.
  • Typical problems include designing real-time conversational avatars that feel engaging and natural for employees practising skills at work.
  • Create interaction patterns for AI workflows that offer the right level of control, transparency, and trust without adding clutter.
  • Improve output quality with better structure, guidance, and feedback, so users can see what the AI is doing, catch problems early, and iterate confidently.
  • Own large AI-native bets from problem framing through launch and iteration, and set a design vision for Sessions that keeps adjacent product areas consistent.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to define what good looks like, including principles, quality bar, and success metrics, then drive the work toward it.
  • Prototype and test new conversational and agentic interaction models quickly, and decide when high-fidelity work is worth the time.
  • Hold the bar on interaction design, UI quality, systems thinking, and consistency across AI-native experiences.

Requirements

  • Significant experience designing complex, high-usage product surfaces, ideally AI-native products, agentic features, conversational interfaces, or systems that take meaningful autonomous action.
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills, with a record of shipping work that measurably improved the product.
  • Ability to turn unclear, fast-moving problems into clear direction without waiting for perfect information.
  • Understanding of how AI capabilities, model limits, and product architecture shape what the UX can do, not only how it looks.
  • Clear communication in design reviews and cross-functional decisions.
  • Experience designing workflows where trust, transparency, and user control matter, so users feel confident in AI outputs rather than confused or shut out.
  • A history of solving new problems in maturing product areas and taking products from early bets through to execution.
  • Ability to use user and customer feedback to keep the product meeting real needs, including enterprise users with high stakes around quality, compliance, and scale.
  • Expected behaviours: put the customer first, own it and go direct, be fast and experimental, and make the journey fun.
  • Read the company's public guide to how the team works, linked from the original posting.
