Print Motion Designer

Description

The company Television (HTV) is looking for an experienced print and motion designer to join HTV Design, the company's centralized graphics department that produces custom print and motion graphics for its stations.

You will work from Winter Park, FL and report to the Design Manager at HTV Design. The role suits someone who stays organized and motivated while juggling several projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HTV Design and creative teams at local the company Television markets to build and support shared brand identity work.
• Produce station print materials such as stationery and business cards, large-format environmental graphics, vehicle wraps, duratrans, sales PowerPoint templates and one-sheets, digital assets for web, app and social, commercial client logos and graphics, custom promotional elements, and other assigned projects.
• Focus mainly on motion design, building After Effects projects and reusable toolkits.
• Work hands-on and results-driven within a collaborative team.
• Build working relationships with creative departments across the stations.

Requirements

• Strong skill in After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator to deliver polished motion and print work.
• Exceptional visual, conceptual and graphic design ability, with a solid grounding in typography, color theory, photography and layout.
• Reel and portfolio that show awareness of current industry trends and techniques.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, including presenting in person and remotely over Skype.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere and Cinema 4D is a plus.
• Understanding of print design is a plus.
