You may lead internal and external teammates and suppliers to hit program performance, cost, schedule and quality goals alongside the program team.

You will be the technical authority for supportability engineering and make sure design for supportability is built into future aircraft concepts. You will weigh design options for supportability against top-level mission requirements, and guide requirements, hardware and software design, verification and validation work.

  • You will need strong written, verbal and presentation skills, and a track record of building and keeping strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • You must hold an active US Government Secret clearance or higher, with a background investigation in the last 6 years or enrolment in Continuous Evaluation.
  • You must be able to obtain and keep Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a timeframe set by business needs.
  • You must have experience in the integrated logistics elements: reliability and maintainability, prognostic health management, modeling and simulation, obsolescence management, fleet and field support, support equipment engineering, logistics support analysis, supportable low observables, support hardware, and/or technical publications and training.
  • You must have supportability engineering experience, such as reliability and maintainability, DMSMS, prognostics and health management, and/or fleet operational and sparing modeling.
  • You must have experience in proposals and capture work for product support.
  • You must be willing and able to travel up to 25%.
  • Preferred: experience on product support work for development and/or sustainment programs.
  • Preferred: previous US military service, with an operations and/or aircraft maintenance background.
