Paid Social Specialist

This role is for a Paid Social Specialist (div/f/m). The team wants someone proactive, willing to learn, with a can-do attitude, who wants to grow in paid social and bring their enthusiasm to the work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and optimise paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
• Designing and running A/B tests on ad variations, targeting approaches or landing pages to improve performance.
• Monitor performance metrics regularly and adjust campaigns so they meet goals, KPIs and client expectations.
• Analyse campaign data and write reports that give clients useful insights and clear next steps.
• Allocate and manage budgets for paid social campaigns, and prepare forecasts and media plans.
• Produce activity reports weekly, monthly and quarterly.

Requirements

• Open to learning, adapting and growing in a fast-moving setting.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong time management and organisation, with close attention to detail.
• Keep track of the bigger picture while handling several tasks at once.
• Proactive and curious, with a analytical, numbers-driven approach.
• At least 1 year of hands-on paid social work.
• Understand social KPIs and campaign optimisation, and analyse results using Excel or Google Sheets and platform data.
• Experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit or Google Ads is a plus.
• Experience with tools such as Smartly, Hunch, Looker Studio and Adverity is a plus.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Passionate about paid social and up to date with news and trends.
