Responsibilities

• Set project and program objectives for your area, and complete groundwork such as defining outcomes and milestones, checking feasibility and planning resources, so later stages stay focused.
• Make sure assigned projects and programs meet their predetermined requirements, with close attention to product and process specifications, costs, resource use and completion dates.
• Document every phase of project, program and process development, and pass required information to other functional areas. Keep work in line with company rules on engineering and lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality and safety.
• Use material and financial resources effectively.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to raise productivity on your projects and programs.
• Lead research into new technologies where appropriate, and move new processes, designs or methods into company products and services or share them with other teams.

Requirements

• Expertise in data science, analytics, project management, program management, change management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to use matrixed resources to roll out standard structural changes.
• Communicate clearly with audiences ranging from peers to executive management.
• Spot high-value problems, propose alternative solutions, balance complex competing demands and carry initiatives to completion with minimal supervision.
• Show depth or breadth of expertise in your specialized discipline or field.
• Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices for products, processes or services.
• May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource needs, risk or complexity.
• Lead others through complex problems, using sophisticated analytical thinking and judgment to find innovative solutions.
• Influence customer, operational, project or service objectives within functional policies.
• Explain difficult concepts and negotiate so others consider a different point of view.

Conditions

Full-time, assignee/regular position.

Travel: 10% of the time.

Locations: Chandler, AZ and Hillsboro, OR.

Not eligible for relocation.

Pay range: $108,000.00 to $148,500.00. Pay depends on location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity with current team members.

For sales roles, the posted range is the Target Total Cash range: base salary plus target bonus at 100% goal achievement.
