.NET/D365 Software Developer

Description

The company's corporate information systems group is hiring a full-time.NET and Dynamics 365 software developer.

You will be a key contributor who makes sure projects are designed and built to a high standard of quality. The team wants someone experienced enough to shape and design solutions.

You will work on one project team within a larger department that supports several internal business systems. Your work will touch many functional areas, and you may help troubleshoot issues as data moves between them.

No security clearance is needed to start, and the role involves no travel.

Responsibilities

• Configure the D365 system, including entities, forms, views, workflows, navigation and other usability features.
• Use Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI on the Azure platform to build automation, reports and integrations.
• Write custom plug-ins in C.
• Build custom coded integrations between the Dynamics environment and on-premise systems, third-party sites and other systems.
• Help roll out Microsoft Dynamics applications, integrations and reports across the company's enterprise of more than 20,000 employees.
• Join an enterprise business systems team of more than 40 developers, architects and business analysts.
• Work often with functional stakeholders and vendors.
• Contribute your development skills to other projects.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 5 years of related work, including at least 2 years with MS Dynamics 365.
• Have developed or configured the Dynamics platform, including fields, entities, workflows and business processes.
• Have worked with Power Automate flows, canvas apps and custom plug-ins.
• Have experience with JavaScript.
• Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have hands-on custom development experience in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Have front-end configuration experience using the Extensibility Framework and integration development using Dynamics APIs.
• Be proficient in front-end web development and back-end console application development with.NET and C.
• Learn new functional areas quickly.
• Debug and trace code and resolve issues quickly.
• Be a U.S. citizen.
• Desired: SharePoint configuration or development.
• Desired: Boomi development.
• Desired: SQL.
• Desired: experience working with APIs.
• Desired: experience with back office systems such as accounting, contracts or HR, in a government contracting setting.

Conditions

Salary depends on factors such as location, federal government contract labor categories and wage rates, prior experience, specific skills, education and certifications.

Proposed salary range: $67,800 - $142,200.
