The company builds intelligent content management software. It was founded in 2005, is listed on the NYSE as the company, and is headquartered in Redwood City, California, with offices across the United States, Europe and Asia.
Its platform helps large global organizations such as JLL, Morgan Stanley and Nationwide manage content from creation to retirement, protect sensitive material and run business workflows with enterprise AI.
The Automate team has about 30 engineers split across four sub-teams. They build the automation engine, the user interface and the integrations that let millions of users automate business processes without writing code.
Contracts, invoices, employee records and financials move through the platform every day, so your work shapes how customers handle processes like contract management, invoice processing and onboarding.
The team works in Scrum, tracks issues in Jira, uses GitHub Enterprise for code reviews and knowledge sharing, and uses Git for version control.
