Fullstack Software Engineer (Java, React, Typescript) / 1

You will join a seven-developer agile team with one Test Manager. The team builds and improves a CRM application that the business depends on, delivering new features and enhancing existing ones.

A major focus is AI-driven functionality that guides users through business workflows. The frontend is built with React and TypeScript, and the backend with Java and Spring Boot.

The CRM consists of several frontend and backend applications. Depending on priorities and business needs, your work may span different components and functional areas of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve CRM features.
• Create AI-supported functions that walk users through business processes and workflows.
• Develop frontend code in React and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain backend services in Java 21+ with Spring Boot.
• Design and connect REST APIs.
• Work on applications that run in Kubernetes and are deployed with Helm.
• Write unit and integration tests with JUnit 5, Mockito and Testcontainers.
• Contribute to Java frontend and backend components across the wider CRM ecosystem.
• Work alongside developers, testers and other team members in an Agile setup.
• Take part in the continuing development, maintenance and upkeep of the CRM.

• Solid commercial experience with Java 21+.
• Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Experience with React.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Helm.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Experience with JUnit 5.
• Experience with Mockito.

• Advantage: experience with the ELK Stack.

Conditions

Hybrid work: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Office locations are Warsaw, Poznan or Lublin.
