It works across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources, with capabilities in programme, project, cost, asset and commercial management, controls, procurement, supply chain, net zero and digital solutions.

The company is majority-owned by the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, and its partners hold a significant minority interest.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background and strong MEP knowledge, thinks like a consultant, and has experience with Owner's Representation.

  • Route project information between internal and external stakeholders through meetings and written communication.

  • Manage change carefully across every project phase.
  • Identify, track and reduce project risks, and raise issues early.
  • Keep projects moving and take ownership of delivering all project and programme scope.
  • Review, manage and confirm execution against engineering drawings, specifications and project documents.
  • Apply MEP expertise in design reviews, checking constructability and operational feasibility in a mission critical setting.
  • Manage and coordinate MEP upgrades to mission critical infrastructure across the site.
  • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, building management and engineering teams, and client representatives.
  • Walk the site with the general contractor and trade partners to check quality, safety and progress.
  • Assign and oversee work for technical and non-technical support staff.

Requirements

  • Required: a bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience. Without a degree, experience in a similar field is accepted instead.
  • Preferred: a degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or a related field.
  • Required: professional MEP engineering or construction experience across the full project life, from initiation to closeout.
  • Required: field construction management on active job sites.
  • Required: experience managing capital project budgets of $50M+ and schedules across several connected concurrent projects.
  • Required: a proven record of managing senior client stakeholders and building strong relationships with client leadership.
  • Required: excellent verbal and written communication, adapted for project team members, stakeholders and vendors.
  • Preferred: experience in data center or mission critical utilities improvement construction.
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Preferred: experience leading or mentoring other project managers or engineers.
