Description

The company builds market infrastructure for AI compute and hardware.

You will build and run the services, data systems and internal tools that power pricing, trading and settlement. Accuracy and a clear audit trail are core requirements, and you will be shipping to production within your first few weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run backend services in Python.
  • Create and maintain data pipelines, along with the checks that keep records aligned across systems.
  • Take systems through schema design, coding, testing, release and monitoring.
  • Develop internal tools, including applications built on language model APIs.
  • Review code and join the on-call rotation for the systems you own.

Requirements

  • Solid engineering basics: you think through data handling, concurrency and failure cases before writing code.
  • Strict about correctness, especially where money and records are involved.
  • Sound design judgment: you pick the simplest approach that works and revisit it when needed.
  • Write clearly. Your design notes and pull requests lay out your reasoning.
  • Drive work from idea to production with little supervision.
  • At least 1+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Comfortable with Git and code review.
  • Prior work in payments, marketplaces, trading systems or financial data.
  • Working knowledge of TypeScript and a modern web framework.
  • Experience with language model APIs or agent frameworks.

Conditions

Based in San Francisco. Remote candidates in US time zones are considered.

No minimum experience required; new graduates are welcome.
