Description

The role leads the go-to-market plan for the OAS business in EMEA, working with regional business leaders and the business development, sales enablement and marketing teams. It aims to grow priority sectors through integrated campaigns, thought leadership, client programs, digital demand generation and sales enablement.

You will work with OAS leaders in EMEA and APAC to turn strategy into commercial results: more visibility, deeper client engagement and a stronger pipeline. A key goal is greater brand awareness within the OAS client base, so that more and better opportunities enter the sales funnel at every stage.

Beyond marketing, the role works with Sales Enablement and Business Development to spot priority growth opportunities. Thought leadership is a central focus, alongside events and segmentation work tied to strategy. The role does not run bid production or proposal submission, but helps shape opportunities and get key pursuits ready.

The role is the main marketing contact for OAS EMEA leadership and the link between Marketing, Research, Communications, Sales Enablement, Strategic Accounts and Business Development, delivering joined-up regional growth work.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out the EMEA OAS go-to-market plan through campaigns, thought leadership, digital marketing, client programs, events and sales enablement.
  • Work with OAS leadership to select priority sectors, target accounts and growth opportunities that match regional goals.
  • Build and run lead generation campaigns aimed at priority sectors that pass qualified leads to the business.
  • Create and run marketing programs that raise brand visibility, create demand, grow the pipeline and deepen client engagement across EMEA.
  • Coordinate the creation, localisation and promotion of thought leadership, research, market insight and content across priority markets and sectors.
  • Use CRM, market intelligence, client data and competitor insight to guide targeting, marketing spend and growth plans.
  • Support the EMEA Office Sector leadership in delivering value across the asset lifecycle, cross-selling and multi-market sales.
  • Help prepare priority pursuits: stakeholder mapping, opportunity assessment, win themes and lead-in plans.
  • Run client events, executive engagement programs, roundtables and sector initiatives that build relationships and create commercial opportunities.
  • Track marketing, engagement and pipeline results, then report and recommend improvements.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders so OAS growth work runs consistently and matches regional priorities.

Requirements

  • Solid B2B marketing and demand generation experience, focused on measurable commercial results.
  • Ability to analyse market, client and CRM data to support business development and lead generation.
  • Strong project management and implementation skills, including handling several initiatives across regions and deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with regional and country leaders.
  • Experience developing thought leadership, content and integrated campaign programs.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive, able to work in a matrixed, fast-paced setting.
  • At least 5 years in B2B marketing, business development, communications or go-to-market roles within professional services, commercial real estate, consulting, financial services or related sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience running integrated campaigns across several countries or regions.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and reporting platforms such as Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience supporting sales enablement, pursuits, proposals or business development.
  • Proven ability to manage many stakeholders and deliver projects across matrix organizations.
  • Strong content development, campaign management and communications experience.
  • Commercial mindset with a record of helping grow pipeline, client engagement and business results.

Conditions

Base salary is between €38.250 and €45,000 gross per year (RAL).

Placement in the range depends on experience, skills and expected impact. Early-career candidates are usually placed toward the lower end, while those with significant experience who can deliver quickly may be placed toward the upper end.

Pay decisions follow clear, objective criteria, market benchmarks and internal equity.

The company is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer and considers all qualified candidates regardless of protected characteristics.

Benefits

  • Total compensation extends beyond base pay and includes benefits, and may include discretionary performance-based bonuses under company policy.
