Description

The role sits in the International Growth team, within International B2B, and is based in London, UK.

The company has millions of diners, more than 70,000 restaurant partners and over 25 years of experience. It is part of a larger group listed on NASDAQ.

The company builds technology that helps restaurants focus on their team, guests and bottom line, and helps diners find and book the right restaurant for any occasion.

Every employee has a real effect on the work, and the team operates across a global group of metasearch brands.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow growth systems and marketing campaigns that win B2B customers and expand accounts across international markets.
  • Plan and produce B2B content such as research, case studies and gated assets for restaurant and hospitality decision makers, turning it into qualified pipeline. Work with SEO teams where useful, but own the storytelling.
  • Own the end-to-end content strategy, email and web creation, and lead generation campaigns, aiming to raise engagement and pipeline conversion.
  • Understand full-funnel data and campaign tracking, and how every system connects to the sales CRM.
  • Keep end-to-end B2B lead tracking reports and multi-channel attribution frameworks accurate, so every touchpoint across the buyer journey is credited correctly, including content-sourced leads.
  • Use AI tools and predictive analytics to improve audience segmentation, personalisation and efficiency across marketing workflows.
  • Run experimentation roadmaps with rapid A/B and multivariate tests to improve iteration speed, conversion rates, ROI and customer lifetime value.

Requirements

  • Minimum: 8+ years of relevant experience in growth, lifecycle or performance marketing in a B2B setting.
  • Minimum: A proven ability to connect multi-channel B2B attribution, full-funnel lead tracking and campaign performance measurement.
  • Minimum: Experience producing B2B content such as research, case studies and gated assets, with a clear route from content to leads rather than brand awareness alone.
  • Minimum: A record as a self-starting builder who works well with unclear briefs and solves complex operational problems.
  • Minimum: A solid grasp of full-funnel data, lead tracking and attribution frameworks.
  • Minimum: Practical use of AI tools or automation to streamline marketing workflows, campaign delivery and data analysis.
  • Minimum: Hands-on experience building landing pages and web assets with strong HTML, CSS and WordPress skills, plus building email campaigns.
  • Minimum: Proficiency running core B2B marketing systems, including Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Preferred: Experience driving international B2B growth and working effectively across cultures.
  • Preferred: Strong writing and editing judgement, and experience briefing designers or working with content, SEO or brand teams to ship polished assets quickly.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience implementing multi-touch attribution models for pipeline reporting and funnel analysis.
  • Preferred: Success designing prospecting campaigns and modelling customer lifecycle retention.
  • Preferred: Experience evaluating and integrating emerging AI marketing technologies, copilots or marketing automation platforms.
  • Preferred: Enthusiasm for restaurants, hospitality and dining culture.

Hybrid role based in the London office, with two days per week in the office for in-person collaboration.
