Description

The company is looking for an experienced B2B marketing executive who can take a campaign from first idea to launch, then apply the results to improve the next one.

You will report to the Marketing Programme Manager and do hands-on work that drives demand, keeps customers engaged and supports commercial growth across the company's product range.

Your work will include writing content, setting up digital campaigns, running email and nurture activity, supporting events, and using marketing automation and CRM data to see what performs.

This role suits someone with solid marketing foundations who prefers doing the work to coordinating it. You will write customer content, build campaigns in Pardot, work with stakeholders and read performance data to decide what comes next.

The company is an established international brand in supply chain assurance, offering certification, training and digital solutions. Its programmes are used in more than 130 countries, and it is part of LGC Assure.

The work involves varied audiences and subject matter, helping businesses across global supply chains build food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day delivery of marketing across several channels.
  • Build and run multi-channel B2B campaigns aimed at lead generation and commercial growth.
  • Produce researched, engaging content for different audiences at each stage of the buyer journey.
  • Turn detailed product and service information into clear customer messages.
  • Set up emails, landing pages, forms and nurture flows in Pardot or a similar automation platform.
  • Use CRM and lead data to segment audiences and sharpen targeting, personalisation and engagement.
  • Support digital work across content, SEO and GEO, paid search, social and partner channels.
  • Help shape go-to-market activity for the company's products and services, covering messaging, positioning and audience choice.
  • Run campaigns in Pardot and make sure leads and activity are recorded accurately.
  • Track campaign results and report against agreed measures.
  • Test creative, copy, targeting and segmentation, and learn from each approach.
  • Support the company at conferences, trade shows and industry events, including promotion beforehand and follow-up campaigns afterwards.
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing.

Requirements

  • Show hands-on B2B campaign delivery, not just marketing theory.
  • At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a B2B, international or multi-market setting.
  • You have personally run multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • You have hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, ideally Salesforce and Pardot or comparable platforms.
  • You have created and run email campaigns, landing pages, forms or nurture activity.
  • You write strong copy that makes detailed or complex material clear and engaging.
  • You understand lead generation and how marketing contributes to the customer journey and commercial pipeline.
  • You have good working knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, GEO, social and paid activity.
  • You can handle several customer groups and their competing priorities and deadlines.
  • You have briefed agencies, designers or other internal resources.
  • You communicate well in writing and when speaking.
  • You hold a degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps such as Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator, or with video editing software, would be useful but is not essential.

Conditions

Hybrid role open to people based in the UK or within commuting distance of Central London.

You will be expected to work from the Victoria office (SW1E 5JL) about 1 day per week.

Occasional extra travel or flexibility may be needed for team meetings, events and business priorities.

Consider this location requirement before applying.

The company does not discriminate on any protected basis and welcomes applicants of all backgrounds.

Benefits

  • Help shape products used by organisations in more than 130 countries.
  • Influence the direction of a growing digital product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with seasoned product, technology and commercial colleagues.
  • Get hands-on with new technology, such as practical AI uses.
  • Build leadership skills through mentoring and coaching.
