Description

The company has more than 1,000 intelligence professionals serving over 1,900 clients worldwide, and more than 50% of Fortune 100 companies are customers. Users rate it 4.6 stars on G2.

This Marketing Analytics Manager reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics and acts as a strategic partner in marketing decisions, helping the business make faster, smarter, outcome-driven choices.

You will turn data into buyer journey stories for demand generation, field marketing, marketing operations, and the wider go-to-market organization.

Beyond daily and ad hoc analysis, you will help grow the company's investment in AI, automation, and modern data tools, bringing curiosity and a builder mindset to scaling analytics.

The role suits a data-driven, business-minded analyst who wants to work where marketing strategy, measurement, and AI meet in B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic analytics partner across marketing, turning data into insight that shapes planning, investment, and campaigns toward measurable results.
  • Build, maintain, and refresh dashboards and reports in HockeyStack, Salesforce, Domo, and Adobe CJA that track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Report on top-of-funnel performance, lead acquisition, conversion rates and velocity, and opportunity progression to show marketing's impact.
  • Tailor reporting to each audience, from executive leadership to individual contributors.
  • Run ad hoc analysis, segment breakdowns, and channel or campaign deep dives on short turnarounds.
  • Check that numbers reconcile across systems so stakeholders can trust the metrics they act on, and troubleshoot integration and data discrepancies.
  • Help build the marketing data warehouse with the central data infrastructure team, and keep the data clean, consistent, and well governed.
  • Maintain and evolve multi-touch attribution models, keeping reporting objects current as campaigns and channels change.
  • Work with field marketing, revenue operations, and Sales/BDR teams on lead-to-opportunity reporting, tracking marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline accurately.
  • Turn attribution and pipeline data into recommendations that inform ROI decisions during planning.
  • Help expand and shape the company's AI and automation work in marketing analytics.
  • Build automation and data-access workflows, including API and MCP connections, for the Marketing Analytics & Operations team.
  • Explore AI and data tools to speed up analytics, cut manual work, and uncover new insight.
  • Create reusable reporting templates, lightweight data products, and cross-system workflows that scale the team's output.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing analytics, marketing or revenue operations, or a related analytical field, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong skill building dashboards and reports in tools such as HockeyStack, Domo, Tableau, Sigma, or similar BI platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM data, particularly Salesforce, and with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI or LLM tools to analytics or operations work.
  • Experience building automations or integrations through APIs.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data analysis and cross-system work.
  • Self-driven and curious, able to dig into problems without step-by-step direction and to learn the business and domain as you go.
  • Solid understanding of the marketing funnel, lead lifecycle, and attribution, including multi-touch, first-touch, and last-touch.
  • Curiosity and passion for AI, automation, and modern data tools, with eagerness to build in an emerging space.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Plus: familiarity with emerging standards such as MCP.
  • Preferred: experience with data warehousing such as Snowflake, plus data-quality, ETL, or data-pipeline processes.
  • Preferred: exposure to customer journey analytics such as Adobe CJA.
  • Preferred: Marketo or Salesforce certification.
  • Preferred: previous experience at a high-growth, enterprise SaaS company.
