Description

The company is hiring a brand marketer for its Marketing Strategy team, supporting the long-term brand strategy for Peacock across campaigns, partnerships, platform experiences and cultural moments.

You will report to the Senior Director, Marketing Strategy and help shape how the brand appears across the ecosystem, keeping work aligned with positioning, cultural relevance and audience connection on and off the platform.

The role suits someone curious and well versed in pop culture, interested in Peacock's content slate, who can turn insights and cultural stories into brand strategy.

You are a culturally aware strategist who understands how content, audiences and data shape a modern streaming brand. You stay close to the slate, fan conversation and the wider pop culture scene.

You find the story behind the data and turn it into action, connect patterns across teams and touchpoints, and communicate the brand perspective clearly and confidently.

You ask good questions, learn quickly, work well in a fast-moving cross-functional setting, and collaborate with a positive, respectful attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and evolve Peacock's brand strategy with marketing, product, programming, distribution, creative, insights and partnerships teams.
  • Turn brand positioning and audience insights into clear direction for campaigns, platform moments and partner activations.
  • Combine performance data, cultural trends and competitive intelligence into recommendations that guide decisions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams so Marketing Strategy input reaches campaign development and key milestones smoothly.
  • Keep brand frameworks, strategy materials and documentation organized so every workstream stays consistent and visible.
  • Track brand health and engagement KPIs with Consumer Insights and Decision Sciences, and help prepare leadership updates and strategy refinements.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in consumer, entertainment or brand marketing strategy.
  • Skill in turning data, audience insights and cultural trends into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience building positioning, briefs or narrative frameworks that direct cross-functional work.
  • Ability to pair analytics with creative thinking to shape strategy.
  • Comfort reading KPIs and research to inform brand and marketing decisions.
  • Strong visual storytelling, writing and presentation skills, with the ability to make strategies clear and engaging. Keynote for Mac fluency is required, or you must be willing to learn it.
  • Ability to influence and work well across a matrixed organization.
  • Genuine interest in entertainment, streaming, culture and changing audience behavior.
  • Desired: strong cultural instinct and real affinity for Peacock's diverse, fast-changing slate.
  • Desired: a high sense of ownership, able to work independently and keep leadership informed without prompting.
  • Desired: a bachelor's degree is preferred. A master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Conditions

Hybrid schedule: you must work from the office at least four days a week. The company may change in-office requirements at any time.
