Responsibilities

  • Run and improve the yearly, twice-yearly and quarterly planning cycles for International Marketing, covering SSP/OP coordination, planning meetings and resource modeling.
  • Advise the Senior Director, C+M leads and Finance on planning, keeping decisions clear, rigorous and accountable.
  • Set up and manage International budget governance, giving leaders clear views of spend, burn, resourcing tradeoffs and investment priorities.
  • Use a deep understanding of the company's strategy to anticipate future needs and shape planning timelines, inputs and decisions.
  • Lead the org alongside the Senior Director by guiding the team and cross-functional partners, supporting high-quality execution and helping others lead.
  • Lead inclusively by inviting open dialogue, listening actively and bringing diverse views into decisions.
  • Develop recommendations on the best ways of working internationally.
  • Define and lead the global business performance rhythm, including quarterly business review templates and inputs, with global leads.
  • Own and grow the global case study and pipeline model so intake, prioritization and workflows support revenue growth and partner success, with weekly reporting.
  • Build centralized, scalable reporting that supports measurement, including client targeting, and cross-functional decisions.
  • Work with C&M operations leaders such as AR, EMEA and Global Marketing to agree standards, share practices and drive consistency at scale.
  • Design and implement end-to-end agency and vendor frameworks covering onboarding, governance, approval flows and procurement alignment.
  • Own agency performance through evaluation frameworks, reviews and partner optimization across the ecosystem.
  • Spot gaps, overlaps or chances to consolidate partners, and recommend changes that improve results.
  • Own intake systems, workflows and tools so they work at global scale, stay clear across teams and are easy to use.
  • Find systemic operational bottlenecks and fix them through process redesign, tools or automation.
  • Lead change for new tools, processes and operating models, covering rollout, enablement and adoption tracking.

Requirements

  • Substantial background in operations, program management, marketing operations, business operations or closely related areas.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • A track record of running planning cycles, operating rhythms or org-wide process design in a fast-changing setting.
  • Strong program and operations leadership, comfortable making complex, high-impact calls with incomplete information.
  • Strategic thinking combined with operational rigor, moving easily between vision and execution.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer whom senior leaders and cross-functional partners trust.
  • Proven at designing and scaling operating models, governance and systems across large organizations.
  • Analytical, detail-focused and solutions-minded, with sound judgment on tradeoffs and intangibles.
  • Experienced collaborator across Creative, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal and Product.
  • Enthusiasm for the company's products, creative culture and innovation.
  • Preferred: experience in marketing, creative or sales operations within a global organization.
  • Preferred: proven success working with senior leaders or C-level stakeholders.
  • Preferred: experience building and running agency ecosystems and vendor governance at scale.
  • Preferred: track record of shaping policy, process or operating model changes beyond your own team.
