Description

Limited employment of up to 6 months as a developer on an agentic foundation for cloud application lifecycle development and operations.

The work builds shared, reusable capabilities so engineering teams can create and extend AI-powered agents and automated workflows with less effort and less setup work.

Teams gain faster investigations, more reliable systems and fewer interruptions, and can scale their solutions with more confidence.

The team is based in St. Leon-Rot and supports AI development teams. It delivers reusable cloud-based services and tools for customers and for the support organization.

The company has served organizations for over 50 years and works across enterprise applications and business AI.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for delivering the outcomes of your assigned projects or areas.

Requirements

• Mandatory: a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or a comparable technical field.
• Mandatory: solid programming skills in Python or Java.
• Mandatory: a solid grasp of software architecture concepts such as layers, APIs and separation of concerns.
• Mandatory: exposure to large language models through study, personal projects or internships.
• Mandatory: German at a comfortable working level and confident English.
• Mandatory: you are an analytical thinker who likes exploring ideas and trying different approaches, works in a self-driven way, takes ownership of tasks and collaborates well as a team player.
• Plus: experience with Cloude code and GitHub Co-pilot.
• Plus: experience with software version control such as GitHub or Git.
• Plus: experience with GenAI development and agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or crewAI.
• Plus: experience with ML development using tools such as scikit-learn, Pandas, Keras, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Application documents: a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, a certificate of enrollment, a current university transcript, copies of any degrees already earned and, if available, references from former employers including internships. Also describe your foreign language skills and your experience with computer programs and programming languages.

Conditions

This is a paid, limited placement of up to 6 months.
